Here are some general troubleshooting tips to help you through the process.

What if I work at more than one computer during the day?

a. Move the Website Folder from H:Drive-

b. Copy the Website folder from H:Drive-

1. Follow Step 8 to access H:drive

c. Paste the ‘website folder’ onto computer desktops

What if the Icon of my website isn’t working?

a. the URL address might have changed

b. Access the Web address thru Internet Explorer

c. Repeat steps 3-6 to create a new desktop icon

What if I do not have Internet Explorer?

a. This can still be done using other web browsers.

b. Open Safari or Firefox

c. Check out images below for direction

2. Scroll down to "Save As"- click once
